Tailor-made suit specialists for over 35 years

We wouldn't be successful without our customers. That is why we value customer service so highly, taking immense pride in keeping your satisfaction our top priority.

Our two qualities: service and product

For decades, people have been genuinely interested in tailor-made attire, especially suits. But many are hesitant — deterred, even — by steep pricing. Online tailors offer affordable prices at the cost of quality, and later prove unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes.

We saw a niche in affordable yet high-quality tailor-made attire and set out to fill it. Due to our unique operation, we don't require a large shop or numerous staff, which lets us offer competitive pricing. We guarantee all our services face to face.

Come and visit us. Once you've met our designers and seen and felt our fabric samples for yourself, you'll be glad you came to Neal's Tailor.

How to make

Our 6-step process

  1. 1-on-1 consultation

Select the material, design and finer details with your designer/tailor before making a decision. The designer will advise how to amplify your best features and conceal minor drawbacks.

  2. Measuring & sizing

The designer checks the essentials and finalises the correct size — acting as your personal suit stylist.

  3. Project form

All your details are recorded on a specialised project form. Every mechanical step of making the suit follows that form, and we keep a record of each client's form.

  4. The making

The tailor centre combines 3D and 2D pattern work to produce a high-quality silhouette. The design is checked with the designer once more so every measurement is applied correctly.

  5. Pressing

The fabric is pressed before cutting so that, once the suit is made, there are no variations in the material.

  6. Finalisation

You try on the finished suit. If it doesn't fit, we keep adjusting it free of charge — and you pay the balance only when you're 100% satisfied.
