What are your hours?
Mon–Sun 8:00am–7:00pm. Individual stores may keep different hours, so please call ahead.

Do you measure in person?
Yes. We measure you in person at a time that suits you, and every service is guaranteed face to face.

How much is a custom suit?
From $390. Fabric tiers are $390, $490, $590, $690 and $990.
How much is a custom shirt?
$55, $89 or $130 depending on fabric.
Do you make tuxedos?
Yes — wedding and formal tuxedos from $390 to $790.
Which fabrics do you use?
Five suit tiers: PIS Primp Legend and First Pigeon (Taekwang, Korea), Membership and Temptation (Cheil, Korea), and Vitale Barberis Canonico (Italy). See the fabrics
Can I enquire online instead of calling?
Yes. Leave your name, number and preferred time on our enquiry form and we will contact you during business hours.
How much is the deposit?
Only 10% of the final price. You pay the balance on delivery, once you are 100% satisfied.

Do you make women's suits?
Yes, we make suits for men and women.
What if the suit doesn't fit?
We keep adjusting it free of charge until it fits.
Can I choose a tight or relaxed fit?
Yes. We check whether you want a tight fit or a formal everyday fit before finalising.
