This policy explains what Neal's Tailor ("we") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Required: your name and mobile number
- Optional: preferred day and time, the item you are interested in, and your message
For visit statistics we record the page address, the referring page and the browser type. These records do not include your IP address or anything else that identifies you. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
Only to confirm your enquiry, contact you to arrange a fitting, and discuss your order. We do not use it for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for one year and then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an order, we keep the order details for as long as the law requires.
Who else handles it
We do not sell or give your information to anyone else. Two service providers process it for us, and your information may be stored outside your country:

Security
The form is sent only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and enquiries are stored in a part of the server that cannot be opened from the web.
